We are pleased to present a new online game based on the MPLM (Multi Perspective Logic of Management) methodology. This game is the result of many months of development and testing, and its main goal is to help managers and teams hone their alpha-perspective thinking.
Why is it important
Modern management requires a flexible and multidimensional view of projects and services. Alpha perspective is the ability to simultaneously take into account:
- Deadlines,
Resources (budget, team, tools),
Results (final value, quality indicators),
Optimization (cost reduction and process improvement).
The game is based on the idea that the ability to balance these aspects gives the manager a competitive advantage, increases efficiency and reduces risks. - What’s special about the game
Bright modular field
Each of the seven key areas (modules) of the service is represented by a separate color block, where players can receive various bonuses or bear expenses, as well as upgrade “OPT” (Optimization of Progress Trend). - Unique OPT metric
The entire gameplay is about increasing your own OPT indicator, an indicator that reflects how much the player has managed to optimize expenses, deadlines, and final progress.
Role-playing team
The game supports the 2×2, 3×3, and even 3×2 formats. Within one team, you can delegate moves, exchange resources, and help each other achieve goals.
Integrator cards and events
During the game, the Integrator draws cards that introduce additional conditions: somewhere a discount on resources appears, while in another module, on the contrary, negative effects arise. This makes each round unpredictable and encourages you to re-evaluate strategies on the fly.
